There's a lot required to list and manage a short term rental and I have seen and done it ALL. From guest services to cleaning, there is nothing I can't handle.
In my years of experience, I realized there was a lack of local STR property management options. Most PM companies are based in Larger Cities and don't have a local presence. I quickly knew I could provide a more local, hands-on approach to short-term rental management, here in OKC. I apply everything I learned about AirBNB and VRBO rentals to each property I work on.
